Supporting DeMatha
DeMatha’s mission is to educate young men in the Trinitarian tradition, producing Faith-Filled Gentlemen and Scholars.
Dear DeMatha Supporter:
This is a special year in the history of DeMatha Catholic High School. On September 9th, we celebrated our 75th Anniversary and we have a number of special events scheduled in the next 11 months to commemorate our founding in 1946. We will keep you updated on our plans.
As part of our celebration, we are launching the public phase of "DeMatha Forever - The Campaign for DeMatha Catholic High School." For the past two years, we have been meeting with a number of benefactors asking them to support our efforts. This special website provides great detail about our plans, and includes several videos and images which highlight our vision.
This Campaign will have a direct impact on the 800 students who attend our school and the thousands who will follow. It will provide new opportunities in the arts and sciences, will provide more financial aid and resources, and will support the outstanding faculty and staff, who define the DeMatha education.
We have been very pleased with the support we have received so far from the DeMatha community. In two years, we have raised over $5.5 million in cash, secured another $3 million in pledges, and have had another $1.1 million committed to our St. John deMatha Planned Giving Society.
There is much more to be done to help us reach our goal of $12.5 million! We are asking you to invest in DeMatha once more in this special Anniversary year. Your support will truly make a difference and help us secure our future for the next 75 years and beyond.
This website includes a link to our Giving Page in which you can make a direct contribution. Please call us if you are interested in making a Pledge or a Planned Gift. As always, if you have any other questions, feel free to contact us any time. Thank you, as always, for your support!
In the words of our alma mater -- "DeMatha Today, DeMatha Forever!"
In the Trinity,
Father James, O.SS.T.
