Calendar Change Back-to-School Night: Back-to-School Night will be held virtually on Monday, September 14.

The Stag Store pickup hours for next week are Tuesday (9/8) thru Thursday (9/10) 8am-1pm.

Parent Alert Emails are sent daily to keep you up to date on school happenings. The items in blue are new or timely and items in black are items that have been previously posted.

Parent Newsletter: At the beginning of every month, look for "DeMatha Matters", a monthly newsletter sent via email. Please read it over and make note of any information of importance to you.

Important Medical Information: Please be aware that the ATS system, where all students must have their physical information uploaded, is a HIPPA compliant record keeping system. The information posted to the ATS account is NOT allowed to be shared with teachers or administrators. If a parent feels that there is important information - medical or otherwise, that should be shared with the student's teachers or administrators, that information should be posted on the Emergency Information section of your son's Veracross account. This allows teachers and staff to have pertinent contact information as well as medical history in case an emergency occurs. Due to HIPPA regulations, the medical staff cannot share information from the ATS. It must be reentered digitally on the student profile on Veracross by a parent or guardian in order to be shared with teachers and staff. Any information posted on Veracross will only be shared with a student's teachers and administrators .

Senior Pictures: Photographers will be back to school on Wednesday, October 21 (appointments full), Thursday, November 5, and Wednesday, January 20, for those seniors in need of pictures. Pictures are taken by appointment only. Please take into consideration your virtual class time when scheduling your appointment. Every senior is REQUIRED to have a senior yearbook picture taken.
