Beginning May 1, 2026, DeMatha will be transitioning from the current ATS system to Magnus Health for student health records. Details on how to log in will be available soon.

DeMatha uses Magnus Health to securely manage student health records. All new and returning families will be notified when the Magnus portal opens for submissions.

Please note that all forms and permissions listed in Magnus must be complete PRIOR to your son's participation in athletic tryouts, practices or games.

Athletic Injury Referral

If your son suffers a non-emergent injury on or off campus, we recommend he see one of the athletic trainers at school before going to a physician. The sports medicine staff has the ability to treat most injuries here at school, and are able to help with the referral process to a specialist as needed. If you take your son to a physician without him seeing an AT first, please bring this Injury Referral form with you so there can be clear communication between the doctor’s office and the medical staff at school.

2025-26 Athletic Handbook

The Athletic Handbook needs to be reviewed by the athlete and his parent or guardian. Upon the completion of reviewing the handbook, see the DeMatha Student-Athlete Checklist on page 25 to complete the required items that will allow your son the opportunity to participate in DeMatha athletics.

DeMatha utilizes XLNTbrain software to baseline test its entire student body. Head injuries are prevalent in many settings, not just athletics! Every incoming freshman or transfer student must take the baseline test upon starting at DM, and athletes are required to retake their baseline every two years.
