DeMatha has an email listserv that you can subscribe to called ParentAlert. This Alert will contain daily and weekly bulletins, all written communication, emergency notifications and sports changes for games and practices as soon as we receive them.
Kindly follow the directions below to subscribe to the updated ParentAlert listserv.
1. Type SUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
2. In the body of the email, kindly fill in the following:
- your name ( last, first)
- the name/s of the child/ren attending DeMatha and grade level
- your relationship to the child (Father, Mother, etc.)
3. Send the email to parentalert@dematha.org
4. Please repeat steps 1-3 for every email account that you wish to enroll in this service. If you have multiple email addresses, you must send a subscription email from each of those addresses separately.
Please allow one business day to begin receiving messages.
Important Notice
An email was sent last December 18, 2008 to all ParentAlert subscribers telling them of a mailing list update change. That email contained instructions on how to remain on the list, and that if no response was received by January 14, 2009, the non-responding subscriber would NOT be on the updated subscriber list.
At the beginning of each school year, the ParentAlert mailing list will be reset, so you will need to subscribe again at that time if you wish to continue receiving ParentAlert emails.
