Information by Email
DeMatha's email listserv is called ParentAlert. This system delivers daily and weekly bulletins, all written communication, emergency notifications and sports changes for games and practices as soon as we receive them.
Follow the directions below to subscribe/unsubscribe to the ParentAlert listserv:
1. Send an email to
parentalert@dematha.org
2. Type
SUBSCRIBE or
UNSUBSCRIBE in the
Subject line.
3. In the body of the email, please provide the following:
- Your name ( last, first)
- Your son's name and grade level
4. Please repeat steps 1-3 for
every email account that you wish to enroll in this service. If you have multiple email addresses, you must send a subscription email from each of those addresses separately.
Please allow 48-72 hours to begin receiving messages.
Important Notice
DeMatha reserves the right to reset the ParentAlert mailing list at any point. Subscribers will be notified in advance of changes and will be provided with instructions on how to continue recieving alerts.
