Today marked the first step of a DeMatha journey for more than 240 freshmen and transfer students. The day started off with a prayer service in the Convocation Center where Father James discussed what it means to be a DeMatha student, and the students and faculty prayed for a successful school year. The students were given tours of the school and had shortened classes to meet their teachers.

Tomorrow, Thursday Aug. 23rd is the Freshmen Retreat.
Friday Aug. 24th is the opening day for Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors. Freshmen do not have class that day.
Monday Aug. 27th is the first day of school for all students.
