DeMatha Fitness Programs

DeMatha offers a range of fitness programs for all skill levels. Classes are taught in a comfortable, relaxing environment in the new DeMatha Convocation Center. Classes are open to men and women of any age.

Boot Camp

For some, this will be the most exercise you have had in awhile and for others this is the perfect program to challenge you. As nationally certified strength and conditioning specialists, we work with clients daily with a wide range in age, physical fitness, ability, and size. You will have the proper training supervision in a safe, comfortable, upbeat environment which we believe will help motivate you to reach your desired goals. The boot camp will focus on building:
  • Total body strength and endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Good eating habits
  • Competitive team competitions
  • Accountability

Yoga

Anyone looking to improve flexibility, strength, balance, muscle tone and posture, yoga is the class for you! Whether you have taken yoga your entire life, or this will be your first time, our classes are sure to meet your expectations. We encourage beginner/intermediate participants to attend the 4pm-5pm session and the intermediate/advanced participants to attend the 7pm-8pm class.
