Attend Archdiocesan high school fairs.
Fall/Winter of Eighth Grade
Early September:
Call the Admissions Office to schedule a shadow visit. Shadow visits begin the third week in September and end the second week of February.

October 9th:
Apply online at http://www.catholicschoolswork.org/ for Archdiocese of Washington Tuition Assistance
November 1st:
Apply online at http://www.factstuitionaid.com/ for DeMatha Tuition Assistance (DeMatha Grants).
November 9th:
Attend Open House at DeMatha from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
December 5th:
Tuition Assistance forms due for the Archdiocese of Washington
December 6th:
High School Placement Test administered at DeMatha. Pre-registration is required at http://www.adw.org/. Students report to the main building at 8:30 a.m. Testing ends at 12 noon.
December 15th:
Application for admission to DeMatha Catholic High School deadline. Paper applications are due in the office by 5 p.m. Online applications accepted until midnight.
January 12th:
Transcripts and teacher recommendations due in the Admissions Office in early January
February 26th:
Decision letters sent on or after this date.
March 16th:
Registration, fees and information due for the Class of 2013.
Spring/Summer Prior to 9th Grade
April 20th:
New Student Orientation held in the Morgan Wootten Gymnasium at 7 pm.
May 16th & June 6th:
Placement Exams for New Students. Report to the Main Building, rooms 327 & 329 at 9:00 AM. No calculators allowed. Bring 2 pencils.
July 15th:
Health Forms due in Main Office.
July 31st:
Schedules mailed.
August 8th:
Used Book Sale and DeMatha Parent Organization Uniform sale in school cafeteria.
